QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school degree
2-3 Year Pastry Apprenticeship preferable
Previous experience in reputable hotel, restaurant..
Knowledge of public health standards (USPH) related to the Galley Operation
Basic Chocolate and Sugar work knowledge
Basic computer knowledge
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to speak and read clearly in English.
Ability to communicate with management.
Ability to understand and interpret written procedures.
